Frühstücksauflauf mit Früchten

Ich liebe gutes Frühstück! Vor allem am Wochenende ist eines meiner Highlights, dass Frühstück mit meinem Freund oder der ganzen Familie. Wenn es mal keine Brötchen oder oder Pfannkuchen sein sollen, habe ich hier eine tolle Alternative mit Früchten aus der Kühlung, oder noch besser: frischen Früchten!

Zutaten für 4 Personen:

  • 150 g zarte Haferflocken
  • 1 Ei
  • 150 g Beeren (TK)
  • 1 Banane
  • 80 g Cashews
  • 1 TL Backpulver
  • 1 TL Zimt
  • 1 Msp. Kardamom
  • 300 ml Milch
  • 50 ml Ahornsirup
  • 1 Tüte Vanillezucker
  • 50 g Butter

Schritt 1/3
Ofen auf 200°C Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen
150 g Haferflocken – 1 TL Backpulver – 1 Msp. Kardamom – 300 ml Milch – 50 ml Ahornsirup – 1 Ei – 1 Tüte Vanillezucker – 25 g Butter

Haferflocken, Backpulver, Zimt, Kardamom und eine Prise Salz vermischen. Anschließend die Milch, Ahornsirup, das Ei, Vanillezucker und die Butter untermischen und glattrühren.

Schritt 2/3
1 Banane – 100 g Beeren 

Eine ofenfeste Form einfetten. Die Banane in Scheiben schneiden und die Hälfte in der Form verteilen. Anschließend die Hafermischung über die Bananen geben und die Beeren darauf verteilen.

Schritt 3/3
80 g Cashews – 25 g Butter – 50 g Beeren

Nun die restlichen Beeren und die zweite Hälfte der Banane auf der Hafermischung verteilen. Die Cashews hacken und über den Auflauf geben. Als letztes die Butter in Flocken über dem Auflauf verteilen und für 30-40 Minuten goldbraun backen.

  7. Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a sea shell and gave
    it to my 4 year old daughter and said „You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.“ She put the shell to her ear and screamed.

    There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back!
