Thunfischcreme

Diese Thunfischcreme ist ein toller Begleiter zum Frühstück oder Brunch. Genauso lecker schmeckt sie aber auch auf das Sandwich für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch. So simpel und trotzdem mal eine schöne Alternative. Dieses Rezept stellt eine Basis da, die z.B. mit Staudensellerie oder etwas Zitrone nach Geschmack verfeinert werden kann. 

Zutaten:

  • Eine Dose Thunfisch (im eigenen Saft) 
  • 1 Zwiebel 
  • 1 EL Schmand 
  • 2 EL Salatmayonnaise 
  • Pfeffer & Salz 
  • Schnittlauch, Petersilie o.ä. je nach Geschmack 

Schritt 1/3
1 Dose Thunfisch – 1 Zwiebel

Die Zwiebel möglichst fein hacken und in ein hohes Gefäß geben. Den Thunfisch abgießen und zu 2/3 dazugeben.

Schritt 2/3
1 EL Schmand – 2 EL Salatmayonnaise – Salz & Pfeffer – Kräuter

Schmand, Kräuter und Mayonnaise hinzufügen, das ganze cremig pürieren und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.

Schritt 3/3

Abschließend den restlichen Thunfisch unterrühren und zum Frühstück oder Brunch genießen.
